A new coffee shop is opening in New York, and they want to use you for their branding. They will roast their own beans and sell them at the store. They will offer a light, medium, and dark roast. Their coffee menu offerings are limited but thoughtful. They will offer all the staples: brewed coffee, pour-over options, lattes, espresso, as well as an assortment of teas, chai tea lattes, and mochas. They will offer an assortment of pastries provided by the local New York bakery.
